Terms of Sale
Last updated: October 16, 2026
These terms cover your purchase of the Charging4ward Vibe-Coding Starter Kit. By buying the kit, you agree to them. We've kept them in plain English.
1. Who you're buying from
Charging4ward is operated by Evolve 480 LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we", "us"). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
2. What you get
For a one-time payment of $19 USD (no subscription), you get a digital starter kit: an instant PDF download on the order confirmation page right after payment, followed by an automatic personalized kit emailed to you within the hour. You can reply to that email with your idea for a tailored follow-up. Nothing physical is shipped.
3. Redo-or-refund guarantee
If the kit isn't useful to you, email thomas@charging4ward.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll either redo your kit or refund your payment in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Because the kit is digital and delivered instantly, this guarantee is our refund policy; there are no other refunds after 14 days except where the law requires.
4. Your license and acceptable use
- You may use the kit content (specs, stack suggestions, prompts, checklists) for your own personal and commercial projects, including apps and games you build and sell.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the kit itself (or substantially all of it) as a product, giveaway, or download, whether free or paid.
- Don't use the kit to build anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
We keep ownership of the kit's templates and content; you own the apps and code you build with it.
5. Disclaimers
- No guarantee of results. The kit is a build plan and learning aid. We don't promise that your app will be finished, work a particular way, attract users, or make money.
- AI-generated content. Kits are generated by AI agents from a tested template. They may contain mistakes or outdated details. Check things before you rely on them, including third-party tool features and pricing.
- Your app, your responsibility. You are responsible for the security, privacy, legal compliance, and operation of anything you build, including protecting API keys, user data, and payments. The security checklist is a starting point, not a professional security audit.
- The kit is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond those the law requires.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Evolve 480 LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the kit. Our total liability for any claim relating to the kit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you bought the kit applies to that purchase.
